Mizan PSI: Energy & Efficiency Oscillator

Concept & Philosophy The Mizan PSI (Price Structural Integrity) Oscillator is designed to solve a specific problem in technical analysis: The Illusion of Price.

Standard oscillators (like RSI or MACD) treat every price tick equally. However, a candle with a long wick and a small body does not carry the same "energy" as a full-body Marubozu candle, even if the close price is the same.

Mizan PSI operates on the "Efficiency" principle:

Efficiency Filter: It calculates the ratio of the candle's Body to its Total Range. If a candle is mostly wicks, it is considered "Noise" (Entropy) and is filtered out.

Mass (Volume) Integration: In physics, Force = Mass x Acceleration. In markets, Price is acceleration, and Volume is mass. This indicator weights price movement by volume. A price move without volume is treated as an illusion.

Speed: It utilizes HMA (Hull Moving Average) instead of standard smoothing to reduce lag significantly.

How to Read the 4-Color Logic

This indicator does not just show "Up" or "Down". It shows the Quality of the move.

🟦 Dark Blue (Solid): Strong Kinetic Energy. Buyers are in control, and the move is supported by volume/efficiency. (HOLD LONG)

baby blue Light/Transparent Blue (Faded): Buyers are exhausted. The price might still be high, but the energy is draining. This is a Divergence/Exit Warning.

🟥 Dark Red (Solid): Strong Downward Energy. Sellers are in control. (HOLD SHORT)

light red Light/Transparent Red (Faded): Sellers are exhausted. Downward momentum is fading. A reaction or reversal is imminent.
