Added new parameter to skip signals that trigger right after VWAP resets.VWAP supports session, weekly and monthly resets. Specify how many candles you want to wait after a VWAP resets to send any signal.
Any signal that happens during the specified number of candles will be skipped.
This helps preventing false positives from the typical narrow width of VWAP after a recent reset.
