BitMEX Profit Scalper v1

I keep getting asked to create a script for Scalping on BitMEX so here is the initial version!

Default settings created for XBTUSD 15m and designed for getting decent profits when using around a 10x margin.

Settings can be tweaked so you can alter this for any time frame

UPDATE : What's New?

- I was a dummy and the titles for the alerts were backwards, so a quick bug fix on that front.

- Added an ADX filter - If the trend is too strong it will not show a signal

- Added a second completely different scalping method based on EMAGAIN which you can use on its own or along side the original ADX version

- Added ability to offset the ADX and EMAGAIN bands by 1 bar which creates a whole new way to tune things
