Added the option to set min and max RSI for Bear and Bull alerts

Included the backtester into the source code
You need to uncomment a few lines to disable the alerts and enable the backtester.
You cant use both at the same time

and added few more tweaks and settings
The default settings are still not to good and need to be adjusted for each timeframe
