Sentinel CBPV Excess Reversion is a mechanical trading system for taking advantage of price overextension and rapid mean reversion.
The methodology looks for areas where, with respect to recent market action and volume, candle body strength is at an extreme. Those are the extremes, indicating aggressive participation and near-term exhaustion that usually results in a partial price retreat.
