-Added optional auto-generated horizontal lines for relevant levels for scalping
-Added options for time frame data pulls without affecting current data
-Added fib-based filter for horizontal lines

This can be used as an indicator separate from price to reduce clutter and simplify chart. Useful for EMA/MA strategies. Can be modified by user to change or omit inputs to their needs to further simplify. Showing projections, which use an internal filter for accuracy of closures, on multiple inputs is useful to determine higher probability market direction.
