Unfilled Gaps Identifier

Identifies and shows unfilled price gaps that are larger than a given percentage.

Options:

• The default gap threshold is currently set to 3% but can be changed in the indicator settings.
  
• The line width is currently set to 2 and can also be edited in the settings.

Added support to modify the color of the gap lines.

Updated to handle 5,000 bars rather than about 500. If gap is further back than 5,000 bars it may not be adjusted/removed correctly when it is filled. A more complete solution is in progress.
