Strategy:
Enter Long once the overbought zone ends and there is a crossover below -30.
Exit Long once the oversold zone ends and there is a crossover.
Go short once the oversold zone ends and there is a crossover above 40.
Go short once the overbought zone ends and there is a crossover.
Always use it with another indicator because there will be multiple up and down movements in a trend.
Remember that no indicator is capable of providing accurate signals 100% of the time. Every now and then, even the best of them fail, leaving you with losing trades. Regardless of the type of indicator you trust, don't forget to follow the basic rules of risk management and capital investment.
