📌 HOW DOES IT WORK?
The first setting you will want to set it the pyramiding setting. This setting controls the number of simultaneous trades in the same direction allowed in the strategy. For example, if you set it to 1, only one trade can be active in any time, and the second trade will not be entered unless the first one is exited. If it is set to 2, the script will handle both of them at the same time. Note that you should enter the same value to this pyramiding setting, and the pyramiding setting in the "Properties" tab of the script for this to work.
For deep backtesting, you can set "Max Distance To Last Bar" to "Unlimited". If you encounter any memory issues, try decreasing this setting to a lower value.
You can enable and set a backtesting window that will limit the entries to between the start date & end date.
Then, you can enter your desired settings to Price Action features like FVGs, IFVGs, Order Blocks, Breaker Blocks, Liquidity Grabs, Market Structures, EQH & EQL and Volume Imbalances. You can also enable and set up to 3 timeframes, which you can use later on when customizing your strategies enter / exit conditions.
Entry Conditions
From the "Long Conditions" or the "Short Conditions" groups, you can set your position entry conditions. For settings like "initial capital" or "order size", you can open the "Properties" tab, where these are handled.
The PAT Automation can use the following conditions for entry conditions :
1. Order Block (OB)
Detection: Triggered when an Order Block forms or is detected
Retest: Triggered when price retests an Order Block. A retest is confirmed when a candle enters an Order Block and closes outside of it.
Retracement: Triggered when price touches an Order Block
Break: Triggered when an Order Block is invalidated by candle close or wick, depending on the user's input.
2. Breaker Block (BB)
Detection: Triggered when a Breaker Block forms or is detected
Retest: Triggered when price retests a Breaker Block. A retest is confirmed when a candle enters a Breaker Block and closes outside of it.
Retracement: Triggered when price touches a Breaker Block
Break: Triggered when a Breaker Block is invalidated by candle close or wick, depending on the user's input.
3. Fair Value Gap (FVG)
Detection: Triggered when an FVG forms or is detected
Retest: Triggered when price retests an FVG. A retest is confirmed when a candle enters an FVG and closes outside of it.
Retracement: Triggered when price touches an FVG
Break: Triggered when an FVG is invalidated by candle close or wick, depending on the user's input.
4. Inversion Fair Value Gap (IFVG)
Detection: Triggered when an IFVG forms or is detected
Retest: Triggered when price retests an IFVG. A retest is confirmed when a candle enters an IFVG and closes outside of it.
Retracement: Triggered when price touches an IFVG
Break: Triggered when an IFVG is invalidated by candle close or wick, depending on the user's input.
5. Break of Structure (BOS)
Detection: Triggered when a BOS forms or is detected
6. Change of Character (CHoCH)
Detection: Triggered when a CHoCH forms or is detected
7. Change of Character Plus (CHoCH+)
Detection: Triggered when a CHoCH+ forms or is detected
8. Volume Imbalance (VI)
Detection: Triggered when a Volume Imbalance forms or is detected
9. Equal High (EQH)
Detection: Triggered when an EQH is detected
10. Equal Low (EQL)
Detection: Triggered when an EQL is detected
11. Buyside Liquidity Grab
Detection: Triggered when a liquidity grab occurs at Buyside Liquidity (BSL).
12. Sellside Liquidity Grab
Detection: Triggered when a liquidity grab occurs at Sellside Liquidity (SSL).
🕒 TIMEFRAME CONDITIONS
The PAT Automation supports Multi-Timeframe (MTF) features, just like the Price Action Toolkit. When setting an entry condition, you can also choose the timeframe.
To set up MTF conditions, navigate to the 'Timeframes' section in the settings, select your desired timeframes, and enable them. You can choose up to three timeframes.
Once you've selected your timeframes, you can use them in your strategy. When setting long and short entry / exit conditions, you can choose from Timeframe 1, Timeframe 2, or Timeframe 3.
External Conditions
Users can use external indicators on the chart to set entry conditions.
The second dropdown in the external condition settings allows you to choose a conditional operator to compare external outputs. Available options include:
Less Than or Equal To: <=
Less Than: <
Equal To: =
Greater Than: >
Greater Than or Equal To: >=
The position entry conditions work like this ;
Each side has 5 Price Action conditions and 1 Source condition. Each condition can be enabled or disabled using the checkbox on the left side.
For Price Action Conditions, you can set a direction: "Any", "Bullish" or "Bearish".
Then a Price Action Feature, like "FVG" or "Order Block".
The last part of our constructed condition is the alert type, which you can select between "Detection", "Retest", "Retracement" or "Break".
Now you should have a constructed condition, which should look like "Bullish Order Block Retest".
You can select which timeframe should this condition work on from Timeframe 1, 2 or 3. If you select "Any Timeframe", the condition will work for all timeframes.
Lastly select the step of this condition from 1 to 6.
The Source Condition
The last condition on each side is a source condition that is different from the others. Using this condition, you can create your own logic using other indicators' outputs on your chart. For example, suppose that you have an EMA indicator in your chart. You can have the source condition to something like "EMA > high".
The Step System
Each condition has a step number, and conditions are in topological order based on them.
The conditions are executed step by step. This means the condition with step 2 cannot be executed before the condition with step 1 is executed.
Conditions with the same step numbers have "OR" logic. This means that if you have 2 conditions with step 3, the condition with step 4 can trigger after only one of the step 3 conditions is executed.
➕ OTHER ENTRY FEATURES
The PAT Automation allows traders to choose when to execute trades and when not to execute trades.
1. Only Take Trades
This setting lets users specify the time period when their strategy can open or execute trades.
2. Don't Take Trades
This setting lets users specify time periods when their strategy can't open or execute trades.
↩️ EXIT CONDITIONS
1. Exit on Opposite Signal
When enabled, a long position will close when short entry conditions are met, and a short position will close when long entry conditions are met.
2. Exit on Session End
When enabled, positions will be closed at the end of the trading session.
📈 TAKE PROFIT CONDITIONS
There are several methods available for setting take profit exits and conditions.
1. Entry Condition TP
Users can use entry conditions as triggers for take-profit exits. This setting can be found under the long and short exit conditions.
2. Fixed TP
Users can set a fixed TP for exits. This setting can be found under the long and short exit conditions. Users can choose between the following:
Price: This method triggers a TP exit when price reaches a specified level. For example, if you set the Price TP to 10 and buy NASDAQ:TSLA at $190, the trade will automatically exit when the price reaches $200 ($190 + $10).
Ticks: This method triggers a TP exit when price moves a specified number of ticks.
Percentage (%): This method triggers a TP exit when price moves a specified percentage.
ATR: This method triggers a TP exit based on a specified multiple of the Average True Range (ATR).
📉 STOP LOSS CONDITIONS
There are several methods available for setting stop-loss exits and conditions.
1. Entry Condition SL
Users can use entry conditions as triggers for stop-loss exits. This setting can be found under the long and short exit conditions.
2. Fixed SL
Users can set a fixed SL for exits. This setting can be found under the long and short exit conditions. Users can choose between the following:
Price: This method triggers a SL exit when price reaches a specified level. For example, if you set the Price SL to 10 and buy NASDAQ:TSLA at $200, the trade will automatically exit when the price reaches $190 ($200 - $10).
Ticks: This method triggers a SL exit when price moves a specified number of ticks.
Percentage (%): This method triggers a SL exit when price moves a specified percentage.
ATR: This method triggers a SL exit based on a specified multiple of the Average True Range (ATR).
3. Trailing Stop
An explanation & example for the trailing stop feature is present on the write-up within the next section.
Exit conditions have the same logic of constructing conditions like the entry ones. You can construct a Take-Profit Condition & a Stop-Loss Condition. Note that the Take-Profit condition will only work if the position is in profit, regardless of if it's triggered or not. The same applies for the Stop-Loss condition, meaning that it will only work if the position is in loss.
You can also set a Fixed TP & Fixed SL based on the price movement after the position is entered. You have options like "Price", "Ticks", "%", or "Average True Range". For example, you can set a Fixed TP like "5%", and the position will be entered once it moves 5% up in a long position.
Trailing Stop
For the Fixed SL, you also have a "Trailing" stop option, which you can set it's activation level as well. The Trailing stop activation level and it's value are expressed in ticks. Check this scenerio for an example :
We have a ticker with a tick value of $1. Our Trailing Stop is set to 10 ticks and activation level is set to 30 ticks.
We buy 1 contract when the price is $100.
When the price becomes $110, we are in $10 (10 ticks) profit and the trailing stop is now activated.
The current price our stop's on is $110 - $30 (30 ticks), which is the level of $80.
The trailing stop will only move if the price moves up the highest high the price has been after we entered the position.
Let's suppose that price moves up $40 right after our trailing stop is activated. The price will now be $150, and our trailing stop will sit on $150 - $30 (30 ticks) = $120.
If the price is down the $120 level, our stop loss will be triggered.
There is also a "Hard SL" option designed for a backup stop-loss when trailing stops are enabled. You can enable & set this option and if the price goes down before our trailing stop even activates, the position will be exited.
You can also move stop-loss to the break-even (entry price of the position) after a certain profit is achieved using the last setting of the exit conditions. Note that for this to work, you will need to have a Fixed SL set-up.
➕ OTHER EXIT FEATURES
1. Move Stop Loss to Breakeven
This setting allows the strategy to automatically move the SL to Breakeven (BE) when the position is in profit by a certain amount. Users can choose between the following:
Price: This method moves the SL to BE when price reaches a specified level.
Ticks: This method moves the SL to BE when price moves a specified number of ticks.
Percentage (%): This method moves the SL to BE when price moves a specified percentage.
ATR: This method moves the SL to BE when price moves a specified multiple of the Average True Range (ATR).
Example Entry Scenario
To give an example , check this scenario; out conditions are :
LONG CONDITIONS
Bullish Order Block Detection, Step 1
Bullish CHoCH Detection, Step 2
Bullish Volume Imbalance Detection, Step 2
Bullish IFVG Retest, Step 3
First, the strategy needs to detect a Bullish Order Block in order to start working.
After it's detected, now it's looking for either a CHoCH, or a Volume Imbalance to proceed to the next step, the reason for this is that they both have the same step number.
After one of them is detected, the strategy will consistently check all IFVGs for a retest. If the retest occurs, a long position will be entered.

16. SMC Strategy with SL - low TimeframeOverview
The "SMC Strategy with SL - low Timeframe" is a comprehensive trading strategy that uses key concepts from Smart Money Theory to identify favorable areas in the market for buying or selling. This strategy takes advantage of price imbalances, support and resistance zones, and swing highs/lows to generate high-probability trade signals.
The key features of this strategy include:
Swing High/Low Analysis: Used to determine the Premium, Equilibrium, and Discount Zones.
Order Block Integration: An added layer of confluence to identify valid buy and sell signals.
Trend Direction Confirmation: Using a Simple Moving Average (SMA) to determine the overall trend.
Entry and Exit Rules: Based on price position relative to key zones and moving average, along with optional stop-loss and take-profit levels.
Detailed Description
Swing High and Swing Low Analysis
The script calculates Swing High and Swing Low based on the most recent price highs and lows over a specified look-back period (swingHighLength and swingLowLength, set to 8 by default).
It then derives the Premium, Equilibrium, and Discount Zones:
Premium Zone: Represents potential resistance, calculated based on recent swing highs.
Discount Zone: Represents potential support, calculated based on recent swing lows.
Equilibrium: The midpoint between Swing High and Swing Low, dividing the price range into Premium (above equilibrium) and Discount (below equilibrium) areas.
Zone Visualization
The strategy plots the Premium Zone (resistance) in red, the Discount Zone (support) in green, and the Equilibrium level in blue on the chart. This helps visually assess the current price relative to these important areas.
Simple Moving Average (SMA)
A 50-period Simple Moving Average (SMA) is added to help identify the trend direction.
Buy signals are valid only if the price is above the SMA, indicating an uptrend.
Sell signals are valid only if the price is below the SMA, indicating a downtrend.
Entry Rules
The script generates buy or sell signals when certain conditions are met:
A buy signal is triggered when:
Price is below the Equilibrium and within the Discount Zone.
Price is above the SMA.
The buy signal is further confirmed by the presence of an Order Block (recent lowest price area).
A sell signal is triggered when:
Price is above the Equilibrium and within the Premium Zone.
Price is below the SMA.
The sell signal is further confirmed by the presence of an Order Block (recent highest price area).
Order Block
The strategy defines Order Blocks as recent highs and lows within a look-back period (orderBlockLength set to 20 by default).
These blocks represent areas where large players (smart money) have historically been active, increasing the probability of the price reacting in these areas again.
Trade Management and Trade Direction
The user can set Trade Direction to either "Long Only," "Short Only," or "Both." This allows the strategy to adapt based on market conditions or trading preferences.
Based on the Trade Direction, the strategy either:
Closes open trades that are against new signals.
Allows only specific directional trades (either long or short).
Stop-loss levels are defined based on a fixed percentage (stop_loss_percent), which helps to manage risk and minimize losses.
Exit Rules
The strategy uses stop-loss levels for risk management.
A stop-loss price is set at a fixed percentage below the entry price for long positions or above the entry price for short positions.
When the price hits the defined stop-loss level, the trade is closed.
Liquidity Zones
The script identifies recent Swing Highs and Lows as potential liquidity zones. These are levels where price could react strongly, as they represent areas of interest for large traders.
The liquidity zones are plotted as crosses on the chart, marking areas where price may encounter significant buying or selling pressure.
Visual Feedback
The script uses visual markers (green for buy signals and red for sell signals) to indicate potential entries on the chart.
It also plots liquidity zones to help traders identify areas where stop hunts and liquidity grabs might occur.
Monthly Performance Dashboard
The script includes a performance tracking feature that displays monthly profit and loss metrics on the chart.
This dashboard allows the trader to see a visual representation of trading performance over time, providing insights into profitability and consistency.
The table shows profit or loss for each month and year, allowing the user to track the overall success of the strategy.
Key Benefits
Smart Money Concepts (SMC): This strategy incorporates SMC principles like order blocks and liquidity zones, which are used by institutional traders to determine potential market moves.
Zone Analysis: The use of Premium, Discount, and Equilibrium zones provides a solid framework for determining where to enter and exit trades based on price discounts or premiums.
Confluence: Signals are not taken in isolation. They are confirmed by factors like trend direction (SMA) and order blocks, providing greater trade accuracy.
Risk Management: By integrating stop-loss functionality, traders can manage their risks effectively.
Visual Performance Metrics: The monthly and yearly performance dashboard gives valuable feedback on how well the strategy has performed historically.
Practical Use
Buy in Discount Zone: Traders would be looking to buy when the price is discounted relative to its recent range and is above the SMA, indicating an overall uptrend.
Sell in Premium Zone: Conversely, traders would be looking to sell when the price is at a premium relative to its recent range and below the SMA, indicating an overall downtrend.
Order Block Confirmation: Ensures that buying or selling is supported by historical price behavior at significant levels, providing confidence that the market is likely to react at these areas.
This strategy is designed to help traders take advantage of price inefficiencies and areas where institutional traders are likely to be active, increasing the odds of successful trades. By leveraging Smart Money concepts and strong technical confluence, it aims to provide high-probability trade setups.
SuperATR 7-Step Profit - Strategy [presentTrading] Long time no see!
█ Introduction and How It Is Different
The SuperATR 7-Step Profit Strategy is a multi-layered trading approach that integrates adaptive Average True Range (ATR) calculations with momentum-based trend detection. What sets this strategy apart is its sophisticated 7-step take-profit mechanism, which combines four ATR-based exit levels and three fixed percentage levels. This hybrid approach allows traders to dynamically adjust to market volatility while systematically capturing profits in both long and short market positions.
Traditional trading strategies often rely on static indicators or single-layered exit strategies, which may not adapt well to changing market conditions. The SuperATR 7-Step Profit Strategy addresses this limitation by:
- Using Adaptive ATR: Enhances the standard ATR by making it responsive to current market momentum.
- Incorporating Momentum-Based Trend Detection: Identifies stronger trends with higher probability of continuation.
- Employing a Multi-Step Take-Profit System: Allows for gradual profit-taking at predetermined levels, optimizing returns while minimizing risk.
BTCUSD 6hr Performance
█ Strategy, How It Works: Detailed Explanation
The strategy revolves around detecting strong market trends and capitalizing on them using an adaptive ATR and momentum indicators. Below is a detailed breakdown of each component of the strategy.
🔶 1. True Range Calculation with Enhanced Volatility Detection
The True Range (TR) measures market volatility by considering the most significant price movements. The enhanced TR is calculated as:
TR = Max
Where:
High and Low are the current bar's high and low prices.
Previous Close is the closing price of the previous bar.
Abs denotes the absolute value.
Max selects the maximum value among the three calculations.
🔶 2. Momentum Factor Calculation
To make the ATR adaptive, the strategy incorporates a Momentum Factor (MF), which adjusts the ATR based on recent price movements.
Momentum = Close - Close
Stdev_Close = Standard Deviation of Close over n periods
Normalized_Momentum = Momentum / Stdev_Close (if Stdev_Close ≠ 0)
Momentum_Factor = Abs(Normalized_Momentum)
Where:
Close is the current closing price.
n is the momentum_period, a user-defined input (default is 7).
Standard Deviation measures the dispersion of closing prices over n periods.
Abs ensures the momentum factor is always positive.
🔶 3. Adaptive ATR Calculation
The Adaptive ATR (AATR) adjusts the traditional ATR based on the Momentum Factor, making it more responsive during volatile periods and smoother during consolidation.
Short_ATR = SMA(True Range, short_period)
Long_ATR = SMA(True Range, long_period)
Adaptive_ATR = /
Where:
SMA is the Simple Moving Average.
short_period and long_period are user-defined inputs (defaults are 3 and 7, respectively).
🔶 4. Trend Strength Calculation
The strategy quantifies the strength of the trend to filter out weak signals.
Price_Change = Close - Close
ATR_Multiple = Price_Change / Adaptive_ATR (if Adaptive_ATR ≠ 0)
Trend_Strength = SMA(ATR_Multiple, n)
🔶 5. Trend Signal Determination
If (Short_MA > Long_MA) AND (Trend_Strength > Trend_Strength_Threshold):
Trend_Signal = 1 (Strong Uptrend)
Elif (Short_MA < Long_MA) AND (Trend_Strength < -Trend_Strength_Threshold):
Trend_Signal = -1 (Strong Downtrend)
Else:
Trend_Signal = 0 (No Clear Trend)
🔶 6. Trend Confirmation with Price Action
Adaptive_ATR_SMA = SMA(Adaptive_ATR, atr_sma_period)
If (Trend_Signal == 1) AND (Close > Short_MA) AND (Adaptive_ATR > Adaptive_ATR_SMA):
Trend_Confirmed = True
Elif (Trend_Signal == -1) AND (Close < Short_MA) AND (Adaptive_ATR > Adaptive_ATR_SMA):
Trend_Confirmed = True
Else:
Trend_Confirmed = False

🔶 7. Multi-Step Take-Profit Mechanism
The strategy employs a 7-step take-profit system
█ Trade Direction
The SuperATR 7-Step Profit Strategy is designed to work in both long and short market conditions. By identifying strong uptrends and downtrends, it allows traders to capitalize on price movements in either direction.
Long Trades: Initiated when the market shows strong upward momentum and the trend is confirmed.
Short Trades: Initiated when the market exhibits strong downward momentum and the trend is confirmed.
█ Usage
To implement the SuperATR 7-Step Profit Strategy:
1. Configure the Strategy Parameters:
- Adjust the short_period, long_period, and momentum_period to match the desired sensitivity.
- Set the trend_strength_threshold to control how strong a trend must be before acting.
2. Set Up the Multi-Step Take-Profit Levels:
- Define ATR multipliers and fixed percentage levels according to risk tolerance and profit goals.
- Specify the percentage of the position to close at each level.
3. Apply the Strategy to a Chart:
- Use the strategy on instruments and timeframes where it has been tested and optimized.
- Monitor the positions and adjust parameters as needed based on performance.
4. Backtest and Optimize:
- Utilize TradingView's backtesting features to evaluate historical performance.
- Adjust the default settings to optimize for different market conditions.
█ Default Settings
Understanding default settings is crucial for optimal performance.
Short Period (3): Affects the responsiveness of the short-term MA.
Effect: Lower values increase sensitivity but may produce more false signals.
Long Period (7): Determines the trend baseline.
Effect: Higher values reduce noise but may delay signals.
Momentum Period (7): Influences adaptive ATR and trend strength.
Effect: Shorter periods react quicker to price changes.
Trend Strength Threshold (0.5): Filters out weaker trends.
Effect: Higher thresholds yield fewer but stronger signals.
ATR Multipliers: Set distances for ATR-based exits.
Effect: Larger multipliers aim for bigger moves but may reduce hit rate.
Fixed TP Levels (%): Control profit-taking on smaller moves.
Effect: Adjusting these levels affects how quickly profits are realized.
Exit Percentages: Determine how much of the position is closed at each TP level.
Effect: Higher percentages reduce exposure faster, affecting risk and reward.
Adjusting these variables allows you to tailor the strategy to different market conditions and personal risk preferences.
By integrating adaptive indicators and a multi-tiered exit strategy, the SuperATR 7-Step Profit Strategy offers a versatile tool for traders seeking to navigate varying market conditions effectively. Understanding and adjusting the key parameters enables traders to harness the full potential of this strategy.
FVG Strategy - Fair Value GapThe Fair Value Gap Strategy (FVG) is a trading approach that relies on price action analysis and involves identifying market inefficiencies or imbalances.
The strategy offers a variety of customizable settings to match your preferences and includes an entry and exit strategy to guide you through trades.
The script operates in the following manner:
It begins by searching for fair-value-gaps and subsequently identifies a break in structure.
The next step involves waiting for the price to retrace within the previously established fair value gap.
Within this gap, there is a Fibonacci retracement that must be reached before placing a stop-order.
Example: GER40, 1min Chart
STOP LOSS & RISK MANAGEMENT
FVG : The stop loss will be set at the end of the fair value gap
Last Swing : The stop loss will be at the last swing high/low
ATR (Average True Range) : The stop loss will be placed one 'Average True Range' away from the entry
TAKE PROFIT
Pips/Points : The stop loss will be set at the chosen amount of pips/points.
RiskReward TP : This is a fixed take profit where you can set a specific risk-to-reward ratio for the trade. For example, you can set a 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio.
Trailing Stop : This is a flexible stop that moves with the market price, allowing you to capture more profit as the trade moves in your favor.
Both : This option combines both the RiskReward TP and Trailing Stop. If the price target is set at a 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio, the trailing stop will move with the price until either the stop or take profit is reached, and the position will be closed completely.
THE FVG SECTION
In the FVG section, you will have the ability to customize your settings based on your specific requirements.
Firstly, you will have the choice of two possible entry options:
Candle Close : This option triggers the order once the candle has completely closed and all the set requirements are met.
Stop Orders : This option triggers the order once all the set requirements are met, even if the candle is still active and has not yet closed.
On top, you can activate the "Pinbar-Trading", that will allow you to take a trade on a pinbar, even when the candle just dipped into the FVG and snapped back.
FAIR VALUE GAP TYPE
On volatile market, it may happen that a massive FVG is created. Thats why we have separated the FVG into 2 different variables.
FVG Type: Normal : This is all regular FVG that meet the requirement of you minimum size range. As example FVG must be minimum 5$ big.
FVG Type: Big : This are all big FVG that meet the minimum set size range. The difference to the "normal" type, the stop loss will be set at 50% of the Big-FVG.
FIBONACCI RETRACEMENT & MARKET STRUCTURE
To refine the FVG strategy, you have three options:
Fibonacci Retracement Value (%) : The FVG strategy employs a Fibonacci retracement, which allows you to trade in the direction of the market movement. To initiate the order, the price must reach a predetermined Fibonacci level and then rebound.
Formation-to-Retracement Countdown: : This option provides you with a specified number of candles to meet the necessary conditions. For example, if the order is not triggered within 20 candles, delete the FVG-Zone and skip the trade to avoid getting caught in a sideways ranging trend.
Structure Lookback : This feature filters out older FVG Zones. You can specify the number of candles that should mark the FVG Zones. Keep in mind that newer and fresher zones will automatically conceal older ones.
Bitcoin 30m Swing Trader Long/Short StrategyIntro
I want to share the results of my passionate hobby and the unstoppable chase for a profitable automated trading strategy. It has been created with the intention of trading only Bitcoin. Altcoins are not interesting for me, as I have discovered lots of issues with finding the right parameter values for experiencing a good performance. As altcoins typically follow the trend of bitcoin and characteristically have a high volatility that may cause stop-hunts, I decided to not over complicate this project. I was just aiming for a profitable trading strategy with an acceptable drawdown and enough confidence by a statistically significant number of trades beside a wide backtesting timespan (credits going out to TradingView: Deep Backtesting).
Total time spent on this is approximately 2 years.
Indicators used
RSI: Used for entries and trend reversal spots
MACD: Used for entry and exit optimiziation
ATR: Used for dynamic offsets in trend definition indicator
Custom trend indicator: Self-made indicator, based on simple price action of higher timeframes using pivot points to find support and resistance zones that have formerly been created
Strategy parameters
I have reduced the total parameters used to just a few. It took lots of working hours to find appropriate values along the trading algorithm and I don’t want to overcomplicate it to you.
This strategy is for those, who have been looking for a working strategy. No DIY kit.
Feel free to adapt Take profit or stop loss targets. But it’s not recommended to do so.
How it works
Entries:
I started with a kind of template that I have been using for strategies for a long time. This includes how to find the right Entries during a trend as well as spotting trend reverse opportunities. Here I combine simple indicators like RSI and MACD beside necessary trend conditions. If a target RSI Value is hit, it will enter a trade, after MACD histogram has stopped to fall/rise. Depends on long/short. While we are in a trade and trend reversed, it waits for a specific RSI target level to be hit, to reverse the trade. As simple as it is, it closes the open one and starts a trade in other direction.
Micro trend:
It starts to get more interesting when it comes to trend recognition, as it forms the core of the strategy and discovering appropriate values for it has been very hard. The final trend variable is defined by the responses over higher timeframes of my self-made trend indicator. Executed on the current timeframe, the trend indicator is quite interesting. But for a automated trading strategy it is necessary to deviate trading instructions from higher timeframes trends.
Macro trend:
The same process that happens for micro trend is also applied with much higher timeframes, like 3D or weekly. The basic assumption is, that if we are in a bull or bear run, where retail investors are flooding the markets, we are increasing our take profit targets respectively. This way we can catch bigger moves in bigger trends.
Exits:
Closing a trade generally happens when a TP target (in %) is hit, or the SL (in %) is hit. The strategy has a special treatment with SL’s. After it happens, the strategy is more careful about market conditions and typically waits for a countertrade. The third way of closing a trade has already been mentioned: the reverse trades. They happen during choppy market conditions. The strategy has also special awareness here and tracks, if reverse trades start to happen more often. After a while, it starts to be more restrictive in opening new reverse trades.
Performance
Capabilities and limitations:
As I have already mentioned the strategy is only optimized for bitcoin (Perpetual Futures). This does not mean, it can not be used on other markets, because the algorithm itself is universal appliable. A very hard task was about finding the right parameter values for the strategy performing like this. If you have a special wish to configure this strategy for a specific market, DM me. The strategy has been tested with different configurations on the following timeframes: 30, 15, 10, 5, 1. I have decided to publish the one for 30m TF, because its performance simply convinced me.
Repainting:
It has been tested lots of times against repainting.
Confidence:
The total backtesting performance reaches out to 2019-09-08. So the strategy has been managing to be successful since then, but this does not guarantee that the logic, this strategy follows, is going to continue this level in future.
Commission:
The algorithm is configured with 0.04% commission per trade, as it is on Binance (for Future Market orders).
Ordersize:
Its totally up to you, how much of your total equity should be traded. Nevertheless, I would personally recommend to not exceed 50% ordersize of your equity with this strategy. In the past, you would have had great performance beside a drawdown, that was from psychological point of view good to handle with. This strategy additionally uses STOP LOSSES, so you can never loose you whole ordersize at one trade.
Slippage:
You also must consider about getting slipped when trading this strategy on live markets. Statistically one could assume, that the slippage could be neutral, as it can be both positive or negative. It depends on your execution time, the exchange, on which you are executing trades and market conditions. But keep it in mind, as if you have too much slippage, this strategy would be unprofitable.

reasons why to use strategy
1) human psychology never focus on one thing... We never follow one strategy for long time... Bcs we hve greed... If some one says indicator give u 95% than we chnge our strategy which on we r working but indicator didn't give u back testing... Our strategy gives back testing... On 5 min chart of banknifty future... Tv on premium membership give one year back testing... And on crypto it gives 2month backtesing on 5min chart
2) we hve sufficient back testing trades... On 1year back testing minimum 700 trade should be done for back testing bcs thn we know how our strategy work on all market conditions.... For crypto in 2 month back testing more thn 300 trade needed to know it's performance... Our strategy produce suffiend trades... So we know how it works on all market conditions
3) we provide banknifty strategy for intraday... So it's open trade after 9 20 and close all position on 15: 20...so it's backtesing is sure shot perfect
4) for banknifty option strategy... We have made it to book profit or loss in 5 to 15 min... So no time factor effect... So vry profitable for option buyers
5) for banknifty option we had made it fully auto it's automatically buy at auto strike price.. So no tension to select strike price
6) u can also choose weekly or monthly expirey
7) we hve provided table for monthly proprofits... So we know how it's work on every month
8) last but not least...key of 🔑Sucess in stock market and crypto is following the right path for long time... With non biased strategy with positive backtesting result... And all the best
Price action: Double top/bottom StrategyDouble top and bottom patterns are chart patterns that occur when the underlying investment moves in a similar pattern to the letter "W" (double bottom) or "M" (double top).
In this strategy, I use Pivot High/Low to find Double top and bottom.
Entry long: when Double bottom occur.
Entry short: when Double top occur.
Risk: Reward: You can change % Stop loss and Target pfofit.
Price action: Trendline Break StrategyThis strategy use trendline to entry. Trendline be drawed from Pivots High/Low.
Entry Long: When price break up trendline.
Entry Short: When price break down trendline.
Risk:Reward setup is 1:1.
You can backtest with whichever pair and whichever timeframe.
I backtested:
- If scalping: should use timeframe 5m, set up SL, TP is 2%.
- If swing trade: should use timeframe 1H, set up SL 2%, TP is 3%.
Should use with other indicator to increase winrate.
Road To Dubai v.2.99.4ROAD TO DUBAI 2.99.4
Usueful for daily trading over all type of asset, from Stock to Crypto, Forex and Commodities. It works best with 5min to 1hr graphs, if you are a intraday trader.
This is not a simple mashup of indicators, because you can add them as your own.
This script is more like a tool to understand price action based on indicators position. Thanks to cross call based on MACD, RSI with EMA applied and few index realtime mapping, this tool will let you reduce time effort for graph analysis.
As extra feature it will let you to try different strategies all fully customizable.
I've tried my best to keep it readble, and easy to use.
STANDARD FEATURES
VWAP : Green/Red line. It will reset everyday at 00.00.
EMA80 : White Line
BLUELINES : Positive and negative overextend value from VWap. This is based on a range of bar and it will extend on the opposite side the lower or higher candle. Useful for understading where price can arrive, expecially if a spike will appear.
Those indicators are quite useful for understading trends, price positions and maximum price range.
RSI EMA10 OVERBOUGHT / OVERSOLD
Yellow arrow marks where RSI arrived at his Top or Bottom. If on different timeframes (5min, 30min and 60min) something similar happen area is filled with Red or Green.
This is base on EMA10 applied to RSI (I usually refer at it as Yellow Line on my indicator HighFreq Trader)
To find good values please try High Freq Trader 1.3
RSI EMA80 CALL
Red Cross or Green Square advice for a really potential inversion of trend. When a Silver bar appear, this means the same call was triggered on different Timeframe in the sametime.
This is based on EMA80 applied to RSI (I usually refer at it as Blue Line on my indicator HighFreq Trader).
To find good values please try High Freq Trader 1.3
MACD CALL
Based on MACD with standard settings. When triggered, a lime Triangle appears. Differents size based on timeframe (5min smaller, 60min bigger). If the same call is triggered on the same place a Lime Bar appear on the opposite side of trend (this is a graphical contents, bacause with all enabled, standard use, can be difficult to read signals).
In Menu Settings you will be able to set your best parameter for your asset.
MACD FIBONACCI EXTRA FEATURE
If you want you can enable a Fibonacci draw based on MACD. This works at his best (on my opinion) with 30min MACD
EXAMPLE
NATURAL GAS
In this chart 30min you can see all calls triggered for a Short. Yellow RSI Arrow, Red Cross, Macd Triangle and Colored Red, Lime and Silver Bars are all calling for Short.
In this way you can see in notime if this can be a perfect moment for take position
ORDER PLANNER
This feature will help you to understand a better way to place order, where Stop Loss and Take Profit could be place. It can be manual or Automatic (based on price position if above or below VWap)
VIX VXN DXY CALLS
If VIX, VXN is triggered a small Green Dot will appear. If both are in the same time a bigger Dot appear. Very useful to find trend inversion.
If DXY is triggered a Red Dot will appear (only on Daily Chart). Very Useful to understand trend inversion on whole market.
VOLUMES REMINDERS
Find if there was an High Volume traded (HV) or Low Volume Traded (LV) in the near past. Useful to understand if some tricky situation could happen (like a sudden sell, an accumulation or distribution)
Best TradingView Strategy - For NASDAQ and DOW30 and other IndexThe script is totally based on momentum , volume and price. We have used :
1: Bollinger Band Squeezes to know when a breakout might happen.
2: Used Moving Averages(SMA and EMA) to know the direction.
3: The success Rate of this strategy is above 75% and if little price action is added it can easily surpass 90% success mark.
4: Do not worry about drawdowns , we have implemented trailing SL ,so you might see a little extra drawdown but in reality its pretty less.
5: I myself have tested this strategy for 41 days with a 250$ account and right now I have 2700$.
Average Highest High and Lowest Low Swinger StrategyThis is a full price action strategy designed for trending markets such as crypto and stocks.
Its purely made on calculations for the highest high and lowest low using 2 different length , a faster and a slower one.
With those we make multiple averages.
Rules for entry:
For long: our close of the candle is above both the average using fast and slow line
For short: our close of the candle is below both the average using fast and slow line
Rules for exit
We always exit when we have an opposite order
Caution
This strategy use no risk management system, so be careful with it

Bob Volman Price Action StrategyPrice action trading strategy combined with 21 period moving average.
Use the 21 period moving average and filter along with price action to identify the main trend then look for pullback signals that match the filter to enter.
The stops, entry points and trends are depicted on the chart.
Example using 100 contract size with crude oil, slippage is 3 and commission per order is 3$ with actual capital of 10000$, you can adjust other contract size for other pairs to consistent with reality.
Swing Points BreakoutsLong term strategy for managing a Crypto investment with Swing Trades of more than 1 day. The strategy buys with a
stop order at the Swing High price (green line) and sells with a stop order at the Swing Low price (red line).
The direction of the strategy can be adjusted in the Inputs panel.
Crypto price action strategy long onlyThis is a very powerful strategy, which I adapted mostly for futures perp pairs like BTCUSDTPERP or ETHUSDTPERP.
Its made purely of price action rules like :
We check for the last down candle before a sequence of up candles, or the last up candle before a sequence of down candles.
At the same time I combine with other rules ,like for example during this sequence comparing the actual candle high and low with the min/max of the candles from the sequece before establishing if its a potential entry or not.
So far I have noticed that it works greatly with big timeframes 1h+ .
The results from above are using 1h on BTCUSDTPERP binance, together with 4 on length and 0.03% comission for futures on perp binance

PIVOT EDGE - TREND GLIDEROne of the Biggest challenge in trading is to find the right trend and once we are in the right trend, holding on to winning trades is the next challenge. So this indicator addresses both these issues and helps you with
finding the right trend and also guide you and glide the trades till there is a change in trend by means of proper trend based candle color.
You can just look at the basic candle color as per the prevailing trend and be in the trend as long as the candle colors doesn't change. You need not worry or panic about the small pullbacks or retracements which is a normal
course of any trend continuation. Without this Indicator, in normal situation we would have ended our trades thinking the trend has changed and only to find that trend is again continuing and giving us more than 3-4 times reward after exit.
This Indicator is coded in such a way that no matter what may be the standard color of the candle, This Indicator will paint the candles to Green color in an Uptrend and it will paint the candles RED color in downtrend.
You can take entries as soon as you see the trend formation and wait till the trend is changed or the candle color is changed.
This indicator is intended for the use of newbies or Novice traders to give them confidence and also to guide them towards the proper trend so that they are not taking any counter trend trades.
This Indicator is also beneficial for experienced and master traders to keep them in trade and glide until there is a clear change in trend thereby riding their profits for longer time.
This is a Moving average crossover based strategy but slightly different in the computation where in I have used the customized PEMA values to suit most favorable win ratio.
The results are best when used for timeframe of 10 mins and above. Also you must know the basics of candle stick patterns and price action to take suitable entries and exit at favorable risk reward ratio.
Always do not wait for exit signal from the indicator. You can exit whenever you have gained decent profit and you can keep a trailing stop loss and lock in your profit.
This Indicator works on all Markets and all types of timeframes. Kindly do backtesting for atleast 2-3 months data before using it for live market. Also you must find out which stocks you wish to trade and check if this indicator works favorably for your scripts. The results might slightly vary on stocks
with high volatility.
Always look for the curve in trending up direction of trending down direction. Do not trade whenever the curve is flat and not inclined upside or downside.
Always trade with a suitable STOPLOSS in place and trade with less quantity till you find comfort and confidence with this Indicator.
Further updates to follow periodically. Incase you like this script, like it and share it to others too. Also take a look at the other scripts that I have published.
Happy Trading

NYCOB Kill Zone StrategyI have now turned the NYCOB Kill zone into a stand alone strategy!
Fully customizable in regards to time of entry and levels of entry but the standard settings are the best all around.
Original NYCOB Kill Zone text below
This script plots the H and L of the first 2 hours of the NYC session and shades the space between in which i deem the NYC Order Block
It also maps out the First two hours on the chart as well so you can understand when the OB has formed
Over the past 3 years of trading cryptocurrency i have noticed a phenomena that has occurred nearly every day
The H or L will 90% of the time will be posted in the first two hours of this session
knowing this means you understand if you just wait til this time you can better your odds at not getting stop hunted due to poor entry
A few things to take from this study are these.
1. after the OB is formed
2. whichever side gets taken out first (H/L) will 90% define the bias for the day. I have found that using the m13-m15 TF will add some more confirmation with 1-2 closes outside of range H/L/
3. After general bias has formed 2 things can happen
A) PA just takes off and there is really nothing you can do about it unless you had other studies that told you that will happen
B) PA will dip back INTO the OB and create the OTE which is any retracement below the .5 Fibonacci of the shaded OB
4. Typically OTE happens after the session has ended
5. If you used OTE off of the past days NYCOB then you can use the new (forming or just formed) NYCOB to CONFIRM your initial bias presented from the previous days OTE and bias.
6. When PA cannot close outside the NYCOB it presents a range to range play where PA will visit the opposite side of the range to chase liquidity,
7. When the NYCOB is TIGHT then deviation is more likely to result in price expansion, when the NYCOB is WIDE then deviation tends to present more range to range plays.
8. After bias is formed and OTE has been made your stops should always be outside the NYCOB. I use the m30 or H1 ATR to get a slight cushion from the OB to ensure i dont get stop hunted.
Standard TP are all set at the same level but you can adjust them accordingly
Shout out to Elevate-Trading family member Boederzeng for helping me with the code!
Marubozu Forex Price actionHi, today I bring you a price action strategy/indicator for Forex, made out for Marubozu candle type.

For exit we have for short, when the actual candle is red and the last previous two were green.
If you have any questions private message me !
Amazing strategy for silver -XAGUSD, XAGEUR etcToday I bring an amazing strategy that works for 1h time frames for silver.
Its made of price actions movement combined together with MACD and simple moving average
It does not use neither stop loss/take profit levels. Instead it will always exit at the next candle after it opens a trade.
The rules are the next one :
For short condition : we have a bull candle, and candle is above the moving average, and MACD histogram is > 0 and last high0 and candle close > last high1 and, previus high1 and candle close > last high2
At the same time, viceversa for long condition.
In development terms, this is the formula
long1 = (close > open ) and time_cond and close > out and hist > 0 and hist > hist and high > high and high > high and close > high and close > high and close > high
short1 = (close < open) and time_cond and close < out and hist < 0 and hist < hist and low < low and low < low and close < low and close < low and close < low
But when we enter the trade, we enter in reverse, like lets say we go long -> for this we apply the short1 condition. If we go short we apply the long1 condition.
If you have any questions , please let me know .

Rogue Profit StrategyThis is a complex script developed to measure specific volatility parameters and enter trades based on predetermined rules which are proprietary and will not be released, so don't ask for specific strategy settings.
The strategy keeps you in the market at all times either long or short. Parameters can be changed to better suit the asset your are trading, time frame and your particular trading style but the overall volatility rules for entering and exiting remain the same. It can be used to trade any asset but be aware the parameters you use for one asset, lets say Bitcoin, will not work with another asset like Forex. If the asset is on TradingView, you can use this indicator to trade it.
It is meant to trade pure price action candlesticks so do not use anything but a typical candlestick chart. You are going to have to put in some work and play around with the input parameters to make this strategy the most profitable for your trading style. Trading is hard but hopefully this strategy will help flatten the learning curve. This strategy is accompanied by an indicator study named "Rogue Profit Alert Indicator" that will work with setting alerts for manual or automated trading.
This strategy does NOT repaint.
This is a very powerful and profitable script that will simplify your trading and has been in development and tested for three years. Message for details on how to obtain access. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Pure Price ActionThis is a little trade bot for BTCUSD on the daily chart. I won't give away the specifics, but it's mainly based on price action derived from candle stick analysis. With some tweaks it also works on the weekly and monthly, but on lower timeframes than daily the performance drops quite siginifcantly.
