Airbnb testing its IPO valuation

ABNB

Today ABNB share price touched its IPO valuation. This is inlined with the behavioral pattern of many investors after an IPO investment. Nothing really has changed in terms of the business potential for managing the booking of accommodation of all kinds in approximately 100,000 cities in more than 220 countries and regions around the world.

Technically speaking, the stochastics oscillators and RSI indicate the shares have been oversold giving a clear upside potential considering that the shares prices already tested the $220 per share range in February 2021.

With Covid-19 pandemia under control, the Travel restrictions are to be easy when we are approaching the summer season in the northern hemisphere. This promise to be a good season for the leisure, travel, and accommodation business.
