ACIA capital pivot
went long ACIA a half positon at 101.75 after ACIA announced secondary public offering to be priced 100. stops at 98/97ish. With 50dma and last local low sitting right at its current price, a breakdown hitting stops in this area doesnt seem so unlikely either.

prices went up back close to my entry this morning and I was thinking about closing that trade there manually for the reason mentioned above. However, I didn't close it hoping to see it rallye again. Which did not happen and I had to take that medium loss at 97.30.
