AGS Transact Technologies renewed its deals with an Indian private sector bank for the management of its outsourced ATMs, according to a press release filed with Indian bourses on Tuesday.
The revised agreements, which introduce a hybrid free model, combining transaction-based and fixed fees, are expected to generate an annual revenue of about 300 million Indian rupees, the release said.
