This is a Classic Bull Trap Signal that fools buyers when on the LONGER Time frame the main TREND is Down. Always use a multi time frame study!I.E 3M 1M 1W etc. Also depends on your strategy of Long Medium Short etc.

Nice recovery seen in Lithium, was possibly oversold.Never recommended is to buy into down trending stocks, but I strategically waited to find the Trend Reversal signal to Top up and now up.
