Is a Reversal near for $AMP?

As we look at a few key indicators on the Daily we see that seller exhaustion is near. On the Pro Blue Osc we see it's nearing the 0 line where it flipped trend last time. Also taking into consideration RSI is near its lowest point to where it started turning back up on prior moves. I've also added in the TD Sequential from Tom Demark which is just a couple days away from printing a TD9. Let's see if AMP starts a positive reversal this weekend/first of the week.
