Has Arbitrum cryptocurrency reached the bottom?

For Arbitrum, judging by Fibonacci, we've reached the final target of 227.20%, so it's a good time to start accumulating a position for the mid to long term.

➖ I don't know if the price will drop to $0.18 per coin, though I once saw a buy order at that price on Coinbase.
