ARRR - privacy breaking out (2)

Monero is not the only privacy coin that is set for a break out !

ARRR Pirate Chain Token has formed an inverse H & S formation with neckline around 1.40 USD.
Volume seams to be supporting the break out.

This is still a small cap with 250 million USD capitalisation.
So things could heat up quickly after closing above the neckline.
