Set an aim of 5% / month consistently. Take 3-5 Trades per week. Risk 0.5% per trade. If you can get 5% a month consistently, there are prop firms that will give you money to trade for them.
Even if it's only consistency on Demo. I've learned a tremendous amount through demo.
Submit to the process of demo trading for 3 months if you are not consistent with trading live funds.
