Just completed wave 5, after it ABC retracement comes.
ABC *in green *is also made of waves.
WHERE 'A', is an impulse, also made of 5 waves *A-B-C-D-E*-black line.
I believe, that wave A **green line** is still in progress. More precisely I believe wave A ** IN BLACKLINE** its being built. And this is the one , we will be trading.
THAT being said. I will wait for that wave A *black line to complete, it needs to make its retracement so that I can jump in wave C ** in green.
I consider a valid wave B retracement if it goes beyond 50 percent of wave A
Long story short, this one for instance is to be monitored
It may get confused to mark the chart in letters, but combination of ABCDE, and abc are to mark retracement waves.
Impulse wave are marked in numbers. and right now we are analyzing the retracement within another retracement lol, at least thats how I see it.
