BANKNIFTY has closed in a positive sentiment with nearly 0.9% gain. last day we planned to buy above 38870 on a flat opening. Market opened with a decent gap down. 10 o'clock range broke upside above 38834 and gave more than 120 points move. Overall sentiment is still bullish. Important level for a swing move is above 39800 and below 37950.
Coming to Expiry day trade setup, on a flat opening if today's high is crossed and a 5 Min candle is closed above 39121 then we will long for the target of 39375, 39555.
If market opens with a very big gap up then we will avoid long positions.
For selling we need a 5 Min candle close below 38775. Target will be 38550-38600. Next targets are 38360 and 38185.
In case of a big gap up/down, wait till 10 o'clock and mark the high and low of the trading range. Trade on this range breakout.
