Bank Nifty is expected to have a positive opening on Friday following a trend of improved investor sentiment globally. The measures taken to support the global banking system seem to have eased concerns about a financial crisis, which has resulted in a rebound in equities.

As per the technical analysis provided, if the Bank Nifty opens above 39500 and sustains that level for 30 minutes, the next resistance level could be at 39900. On the other hand, if the trend goes negative, the immediate support levels are at 39160 and 38800.
