BNB lag in the bull run

As BTC rush up and liquidating shorts, there seem to be an lag in price Beta for BNB, as we know many country ban BNB, but still No.1 Exchange still most until we see more $$ flowing out.
Currently seeing possible Cup and Handle, if there is a possible retrace for the 38.2%, as added a box for indication.
