BPOP Breakout Imminent?

Some great technicals on this chart. Note the flag-ish pattern with a consolidation of volatility today. Unfortunately the technicals say its a touch overbought, so we may have to wait for a slight retracement to get a good price. Note the vacuum area in the $32.50 area which would make $33 a good profit target. The linked article seems to favor them in the fundamentals, despite luke-warm quarterlies.
