BTC dominance (Y20.P2.E17).Short.Term

Hi All,

2 Days ago, I looked at the BTC dominance chart and envisioned BTC dom to go up, however I wasn't so sure with the time lines.
I was confident that the rise would be due to a drop however how can one determine when?
Seeing a bullish div. in the smaller time frames gives no clue to when.

As for this chart, on the 2 daily, I see BTC dominance going to 1 of 2 targets as per chart, for the short term.
Does this mean more decent, or a strong bounce.
Momentum is to the downside.
