Projected target from neckline should be near 63-60% dominance. Projected period for decrease until March of 2020, with peak bottom at February 2020.

On altcoins we see flash selloff. Dominance opens above resistance.交易進行
It some kind of bug on tradingview, it always shows different numbers on dominance, checked again and seems like it didn't go out from resistance. so everything is fine
