The fact that BTC is breaking up and the other ALTs are just sitting is explained by this chart.
BTC dominance turn to take place. ETH might be the exception

4 HRLY chart. What I noticed is many ALTs have reached their fibonnaci level targets and hence the change in dominance? , It might require another impulse or bounce on the RSI for the divergence to kick in and maybe not.
