China offers citizens a 'no questions asked' 50k exemption on funds exiting the country on a yearly basis.

This roll date is said to be in early January.

I believe the BTC Rally will culminate in the discovery of the Chinese buying power early in the first quarter of 2017.

In turn I expect an over correction followed by retracement.
