Are we currently in a huge Bear Flag?

I'm a rookie so correct me if i'm wrong, butit is looking like we're in a very big bear flag(30min chart)! we might reach for a top bounce, also is there a such thing as a bear flag fakeout(saying if we were to break out from the top)?

Also its looks like a red storm is brewing on my heat map indicator!
