RACEACEACE #BITCOIN GANN FAN SAYS DOWN. THE ACE PROPHECY #BTCUSD
The price is currently trying to sustain support on the 8/1 Gann Fan line from the pivot low drawn prior to the all time high. This Gann Fan was drawn from the point where it broke out of and retested the 8/1 line from the Gann Fan drawn from the pivot low prior to the move up in 2011.
What's the significance? The price has already broken below the 8/1 line but has bounced back up above it. Generally speaking, once the price breaks below the 8/1 drawn from the pivot low, it either makes a new pivot to BOUNCE UP from, OR it DUMPS. Thus far, the price has attempted to BOUNCE. However, a failure to sustain this bounce and a move back below 4492, in my opinion, would continue the dump. The next level of support would be near 2642, which is the 8/1 Gann fan line drawn from the pivot low prior to the move up in 2011. After that, it only goes deeper.
I believe that Bitcoin needs a crash below all support levels before it can attempt a move to a new ALL TIME HIGH. Why? Dumping to a new pivot low, in my opinion, would get rid of all resistance above. As it stands, the resistance from the from the Gann Fans drawn from the pivot lows has been holding down the price.
