BTC/USC Will certainly test $8500 key support area which may provide an early entry for riskier trades. However, the price can also breakthrough leading to a continuation into lower 7k areas. This is why I'm buying once and if price tests $8500 support, reacts to it, and closes 4H above the descending triangle (lower highs). The strategy also allows for a tight stop and three targets at the following key resistances.
Target 1: $9300 (+6%)
Target 2: $10,000 (+12%)
Target 3: $10,500 (+20%)
Additionally, past divergence can be seen on the 4H RSI without a strong reaction following. As price closes near $8500 new divergence will form, supporting the previous part of the analysis.
