Possible bull flag forming on BTC

If this little rally continues and forms a Bull flag. BTC could potentially break out and hitting 11.8k to 12k target. This would then also complete the reverse head and shoulders others are seeing. Would it break out from there? I wouldn't think so, but let's see if this plays out. If it falls out of the flag formation i can see it trading in the light blue channel with another attempt at 12k area after it bounces.

Looks like the flag formed. There is quite some resistance at 11200 on Gdax.
I am confident bulls will break through it since they already came this far.
