Have we reached the top or is 10k the top?

Only time will tell... However the following metrics are pointing me to 'believe' that we've reached a reversal point:

1. Volume has been slipping.
2. Bearish divergence in the RSI.
3. Ascending Wedge Pattern Forming.

Reload levels have been plotted according to the Fibonacci retracement.

I'm expecting the retracement to last 14 - 27 days before we enter wave 3 of the bull run.
