BTC 2021 Projections

Orange Lines are the Halving events. These events shifted the inflation of BTC supply. These are the best events to mark the cycles of bitcoin. As we can clearly see a price increase following halving events based on the simple economic principle of supply and demand. When the supply being created is cut in half, it creates upward price pressure. This is the deflationary monetary system BTC is based off. This halving occurs every 4 years, and will continue to occur until BTC reaches max supply of 21M BTC in approximatley 2140. Currently almost 19M are already in circulation, and by 2040 99% of BTC will have been mined.

This price projection is purely technical, and very conservative. Market conditions are very different from previous runs. This factor could cause this analysis to be completely shortsighted. Institutional adoption of crypto assets has exploded in 2020 and will continue to grow giving the digitization of the post plandemic world. This trend is going to be exciting to follow in 2021.
