Inverse head and shoulders? Possible rise to 9800?

First of all I have to say that I'm a noob of TA, trying to learn it. But the thing that I'm seeing on the chart is "Inverse head and shoulders" We have to wait and see if it is going to complete the formation. Please comment your idea. Thanks!
