After moving bearish for a week, price had reached its LL and started doing its retest by going bullish. Price is currently inside bearish pennant possibly moving sideways to create right shoulder.
Below the pennant there is a 4 HR resistance zone with a history of bullish OB. Price may continue to go bearish to retest the 4 HR zone and it may go bullish from there. The bullish move is just temporary as the overall bias is still bearish. Price may stop at 19730 and returns bearish again.
