Btc wants to move up to at least 18k

The big players want the price to continue up before the large bulk of new retail floods the market. if they can pump the price up and then dump onto some bags onto paypal users, then reaccumulate around the 14-16k area. The news of 300k BTC by that citibank fella I keep seeing around will surely get the fomo pumping soon aswell.
