Can someone who understand RSI and volume tell me what's this?

I am overall bullish on BTC and I don't think the market cycle is over, but what is this lower and lower volume and lower highs RSI indicate on Weekly timeframe?
We seems like just got out of a correction, but could this be the middle of a correction?? This is not the bottom?
