We are goning up in the S chanel.
RSI declines MACD
I expect a high chance to move up from here. 13400 and 9400 are criticial levels to watch out.
THE MAIN PROBLEM is EXCHANGE POLITICS: on a market which gets records for ATH's, closing new account creations effected like a dynamite. No new flat could enter to the market during thoose days.
So, before enabling creating new accounts on the markets, we are going no where Important.
