BTC/USD Fractal? Could it Bart Again?

Simple chart, I think there might be a fractal at play. The scale of the harmonic move is obvious if it falls. The question is... will it go down like before?
Here is a fractal I found years ago, it ultimately went down.

What I'm showing off for this is on the 30m timeframe.
