What exactly is bullish about btc

What is bullish here until the 200MA is broken?
Volume, RSI, trendlines, channels, timespan to the next halving, economic uncertainty, wars...?
I really don't get all the bullishness around.
Anyone with the reasonable argumentation?

BTC/USDT chart shows different picture concerning the volume.
I suppose this means no new investors are buying but people already in crypto trade much more?
Anyhow, my humble opinion is on the short side for the reasons earlier stated.
