Contraction and Expansion

Contraction and Expansion follow each other. I like the Bollinger Bands because of such behavior and that it shows the period with high volatility and low. After each period with low volatility, there will be a breakout and period with high volatility. It's very simple and give us good trades. Look at the same period with low volatility which is presented here and we have to wait for breakout. Open trades in the same direction as breakout. The indicators like ADX and MACD must confirm breakout. Place your orders higher or lower the signal candle and Stop Loss below or above the middle line of Bollinger band.
