BTCUSD BUY: October 31st, 2019

Bitcoin displayed a "W" formation calling for an overall institutional BUY. However, there is much liquidity that is built up from the past week, so the institutions will try to capture and raid those lows and then shoot back up and collect the rest of the stop losses.
