BTC bears in town?

I hope I'm proven wrong
It usually takes a few humps for the crowd to realize we are in a bear market.
If this comes through and we break sub 38k I see the bears in control for the foreseeable future.
We may have little pumps over the next year after our next correction or two, but the bears will come for that ss
Target at -0.27 fib ext. while also coincides with the monthly low
