Bitcoin analysis
Now BTC showed green week . Lets find out is it market reversal or no?
Before this big candle BTC accumulated over 4 months and was really oversold . So I can call it a correction and implementation of accumulation.
We see strong sells from 6000 $ , it is strong resistance and breaking down this lvl on the first try is really low but it can be and only after that I can say about cycle changing from bearish to bullish.
I draw 3 scenarios
1) The worst is sharp correction and moving under 4000$ what easily may lead to breaking through 3000$
2) Bullish scenario is good but not perfect because many coins including BTC have small accumulation what decreases potential growth
3) From my point of view neutral scenarion is the best because the greater accumulation the greater the growth and It gives an opportunity to buy coins cheaper than now.
So I guess BTC can reach and test 5600-6000 $ then I want to check a reaction on this lvl.
