Bitcoin does respect Price Action.

I think I can say now without a doubt that Bitcoin respects price and levels are key. I will only wish it can be decentralized for real because I don't buy this decentralized point being made over and over. For the fact that there is a middle men who facilitates exchanges of buying and selling Bitcoins and I can not just put money in my trading account and buy the actual coin which will be delivered to my door then lets stop the illusion of decentralization.
