BTC/USD 1D - Making the case for the big bull run

BTC/USD seems to be setting up it's case for the big bull run we've all expected for this year. Following up from CarpeNoctom's tweet about ETH being in pretty much the same set-up (twitter.com/CarpeNoctom/status/991689702741872642), I can confidently make the case that BTC will be rising neck-a-neck with ETH.

Technical reasons for the bull run to happen:
-EMA 50/200 bullish cross imminent
-TK bullish cross also imminent
-Cloud acting usually as a magnet for price action

Reasonable targets are in the 11.5k-13k range.
