Who has a Majority of BTC and what will they DO!?

I think we can see a short to the 6K region after that big move from $8300 to $7400... we might have a bounce to $7800... but i am starting to believe that with tether being drained from the market we might see drastic swings to the lower levels and there will be many bulls resisting and providing the liquidity for the bears. My strategy now would be to be net short until the BTC halvning happens . Even then Tether needs to be fully drained so we might have some pullback as halvning happens. Dont take this as gospel as its not really analysis (which even then BTC doesnt follow well) but just thinking more out of the box... People knew that BTC would crash when futures launched as new "investors" were fueling the fire even more and feeding the shorts. People kept buying the dip and we went lower and lower. We might have a new liquidity shift 2020... who knows? i wanna hear your guys opinion, not really that technical but more on who owns a majority of the BTC shares on the market( i.e China or that one Tokyo Dude),I believe thinking more outwardly likes this and asking questions gives us a better understanding of the market and what is the to come...
