1hr BTC-E Consolidation off pivot tag

After a nice turn higher BTC-E currently is consolidating very near our significant pivot of 632. A resolution of this level either way should produce a trade-able move but it isn't here just yet. Considering too Willy's rather negative ema cross here, I recon we are going to have to take some time and clean things up.
