From a well known TA I follow. He posted this and I have incorporated it into my chart.

FYI. I'm bearish at the MICRO level (still a student) but BULLISH on the MACRO level and still open to ideas like this one.
He has put up a good case with this tool and analysis, hence I'm sharing.
There is more to it but the picture should be enough. Its up to you to how you see it.

Still a ranging market. The theory goes, if it squeezes in the upper quadrant, up it goes, if it squeezes in the lower quadrant down it goes
