Newer 6H and 8H charts, same settings - 8H has no "Long"

The newer chart was opened to test other timeframes, but I happened to notice the 8 Hour chart has no "Long" .
The difference seems to have occurred after the BTC price dropped severely.

Updating at the top of the hour - a new 8 hour chart has no "Long"

This earlier 8H chart had a "Long" signal during the uptrend.

Since the downtrend occurred, any new 8 H chart has no "Long" signal.

We do not see a repaint, however it has a similar impact, from here:
IF BTC = UP then not an issue, we likely see a new 8H chart "Long" signal and we purchased earlier.
IF BTC = DOWN then this could be an issue, we purchased earlier on a signal that reversed; also if there need to reboot the system, original 8H chart was "Long", a new 8H chart is "Short".

In some cases a change in the decision occurs, most indicators are up and down, leading to repaints or a change for the "long" call in the middle of the timeframe.
