BTC, A RETEST ON SUPPORT?

Currently BTC is trading at 67k area and trying to break from daily trendline. once we have confirmation of breakout there will be a "possible" target of 71k or higher. As history goes, October to December are highly bullish for BTC and US election is coming. What will happen to BTC?
